When composing a post, typing @post would let you quickly find the post you want to re-post. Hit @ and type the keywords or scroll to the Link to post section.
You can now publish a board as read-only! Easily by selecting the board that you want to share. Click on more and select Share to web from the dropdown menu, then copy link.
